Legal basis for Data Processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is the RODO, as well as the Personal Data Protection Act.
Data Retention Period
The Guest’s personal data will be processed until the Guest remains on www.pomostglobal.com. If the Guest has consented to the processing of Cookies for marketing purposes, the data will be processed until the Guest withdraws consent to such processing.
Personal data of the Guest will be processed until the Guest responds to the inquiry made or until Verification is made. In the case of a Positive Verification, the data of the Interested Person will be processed in accordance with the processing periods for the Service Recipient. In the case of a Negative Verification, the Personal Data of the Interested Person will not be further processed.
The personal data of the Service Recipient will be processed until the expiration of the legal obligation based on the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, i.e. for a period of 5 years from the termination of the last relationship with the Client in accordance with Section 47 of the aforementioned Law.

The user has the right to access the content of his/her data, rectify, delete or limit processing. If you have given your consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, you have the right to withdraw it at any time.
